Before applying applicant should know relief pain center is the busiest pain center of India with patient turnover of more than 150 per day. Still we are relaxed because we work in friendly atmosphere. Since our pain courses are affiliated to ACMI pain center USA, final approval for participation will come from ACMI .
Applicant must be a medical graduate from any recognized university. He must have other qualifications like MD/MS/DM/DIPLOMA/DNB or EQUALENT.

1. Copy of your highest academic qualification.
2. One passport sized photograph.
3. Residence proof (copy of passport is the best).

Registration process will be completed and confirmed with payment of course fee. Initial enrollment is not a guarantee for the admission to the course. Registration is done on first come first served basis.
